Delivery Areas

We deliver to all counties in Kenya, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and more. For remote areas, please allow extra time.

Shipping Rates

• Nairobi: Flat rate of KES 150 per order.
• Upcountry: Flat rate of KES 350 per order.
• Free shipping: On orders over KES 5,000 (Nairobi only).

Delivery Timeframes

• Nairobi: 1–2 business days.
• Upcountry major towns: 2–4 business days.
• Remote areas: 5–7 business days.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day. Weekends and public holidays may cause slight delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.

We partner with reliable courier services, including G4S, Wells Fargo, and local delivery partners to ensure your items arrive safely.

International Shipping
